Shipping policy

Orders can only be sent to one address. For delivery to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

We deliver worldwide through our registered logistics networks.

Our production is located in Vietnam, Germany, and the UK.

If your order includes 2 or more products, each product can be shipped from different international warehouses, depending on which product is available the fastest.
In addition, if the product is popular and has some priority, we can send your goods at different times, in different packages, to prevent the delay of your order and deliver it to you as soon as possible!

Orders for gift cards that do not include items are sent in 1st grade through the US Postal Service.

Our office and warehouse are closed on weekends and the following holidays:

New Year (January 1)
Martin Luther King Day (third Monday of January)
Good Friday (Friday before Easter)
Memorial Day (last Monday of May)
Independence Day (July 4th)
Labor Day (first Monday of September)
Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday of November)
Christmas (December 25)

When New Year and Christmas fall on a Sunday, they will be celebrated next Monday. When any of these holidays falls on a Saturday, it will be celebrated the previous Friday. In the year when Christmas falls on Tuesday or Thursday, the office will also be closed on Monday or Friday, respectively.

FREE SHIPPING
From time to time WHITE SMILE STORE offers free shipping to selected items. When free delivery is available for order, an economical (see below) delivery method. Please note that some products are not eligible for free promotions.

PRIORITY SHIPPING
The priority delivery option includes the processing and shipment of your goods without waiting in line, as quickly as possible.
And shipping is the most reliable and fast carriers.

PRIORITY INSURED SHIPPING
The option of priority insured delivery includes the processing and shipment of your goods in non-queue, as soon as possible.
And shipping is the most reliable and fast carriers + INSURANCE SHIPPING.

ECONOMY
Our shipping cost option. Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse using USPS First Class or UPS SurePost. In both cases, parcels are sent by the US local post office during operation. The order usually arrives within a few days, but can take up to two weeks (four weeks for Alaska and Hawaii). Please note that economy orders are not insured.

TERMS OF ASSESSMENT OF DELIVERY
USA, UK, AU, CA: 10-15 business days (20-25 days from order date)

ALL EUROPE: 13-22 business days (25-35 days from the date of order)

REST OF THE WORLD: 17-25 business days (30-40 days from the date of order)

WHITE SMILE STORE is not responsible for lost parcels for which the carrier has provided proof of delivery.
